Challenge

Manzeli is a modern housing complex in Riyadh’s highly sought-after Al-Khouzama neighborhood that offers high-quality construction, open-plan living and secure services, allowing every resident to feel at home in a space that matches their lifestyle.

The client required our services to brand their two apartment blocks to appeal to a young, upper-middle class Saudi target audience. The aim behind the branding was to create a mark of quality through a full and cohesive identity bridging together architecture, interior, and graphic design.

Intervention

Blue Hat came up with the name, Manzeli, meaning ‘my house’ in Arabic, as it reflects the complex’s urban, modern and homely qualities. We kept the same qualities in mind when developing the style of Manzeli’s brand; simultaneously urban, modern and simple with appealing earth tones. 

We put together a comprehensive and detailed brochure to introduce potential buyers to apartments that will exceed their expectations, offering a strategic location, security, modern style, top-quality services and on-site facilities.

Results

We executed Manzeli’s branding from start to finish; from naming and logos to signage and stationery, including business cards and envelopes. We positioned Manzeli as a desirable apartment complex with unmatched facilities that is perfectly suited to the fast-paced, modern and independent living style of young Saudi families.
