Challenge
MASQ is one of the leading creative lighting design companies specializing in architectural lighting design and supply of lighting products. Serving the GCC region, mainly Qatar & Saudi Arabia, MASQ covers the lighting needs of various industries from F&B to hospitality, medical, sports, and entertainment. They approached Blue Hat for an SEO/SEM strategy in order to establish and maintain their online reputation and increase their reach to the right target audience at all times in an effective manner.
Intervention
Our team started with a Website Performance check to assess MASQ’s website’s SEO friendliness. For the front-end assessment, we checked the website content to see if it included certain keywords that would help the page have a higher ranking on search engines and made sure the visuals were optimized, on-brand, and localized. For the back-end assessment, we optimized the website for search engines by tackling such criteria; as getting rid of double pages, amount of text, media content sizes, etc. After that, we kickstarted our social listening exercise, through which the team identified specific keywords with a high volume of searches by MASQ’s target audience. Lastly, we set our SEM (search engine marketing) in order to ensure high click rates.
Results
After the optimization, we proceeded to implement the actual SEO/SEM strategy. By constantly measuring and improving the Website’s performance through tracking and optimizing keyword research, creating high-quality content, building backlinks, keeping up with search engine updates, and refining strategies when needed.
