Creating a Digital Presence for a F&B Brand Built On Healthy, Feel-Good Food
Challenge
Coco Beets is a restaurant based in Saudi Arabia that offers healthy food that you feel good about eating. Our aim is to combine fresh, healthy ingredients with flavorful recipes to create a menu that people want to enjoy regularly.
They commissioned Blue Hat to create a Digital Communication Strategy that would help them raise awareness, maximize reach, help increase footfall, and engage customers to build brand loyalty.
Intervention
We started our strategy work by creating an industry overview of relevant trends and case studies that we could harness. Trends included the art of storytelling, the power of the video, and utilizing various social media on different platforms. We then proceeded to create a competitor analysis in which we analyzed the different players in Saudi Arabia and how each of them had a different positioning in the market.
Based on all of the aforementioned insights and the client briefing session, we drafted the target personas and how each of them would engage with Coco Beets.
Results
With our main goal being to capture our target audience’s attention, we focused on the unique selling points of Coco Beets: Healthy, Fulfilling and Delicious.
We wanted to highlight the fact that healthy food doesn’t need to feel like a punishment anymore, and can always beat your expectations at Coco Beets through the communication strategy manifested on social media. With a bright grid and an engaging, fun tone of voice, we were able to specifically target our different personas. Our highlights included a unique play-on-word and organic shapes to convey our different services. Our different themes included informational content, energetic reels, ingredient-focused posts and more.
Through the power of understanding the mindset of our consumers and what they look for when ordering their healthy meal, Coco Beets’ profile is a balance of health facts, mouthwatering food posts, and creative moments at the eatery.
